She Blinded Me with Science

Alex Cox's composite character, played here by Fox Harris, exemplifies the extreme nature of bipartisan American foreign policy as it relates to nuclear weaponry (refresh if the vid isn't showing):
I'm still not sure whose composite character this is down below, but she effectively clears the table for a more moderate view and rational approach towards a nation's poisons-policy. She makes the status quo acceptable to those who, in relishing their superiority to her, fail to see the absurdity of their relativism.
