FRANK & CIS: Surprise!
FRANK: Welcome to the neighborhood!
BETTY: Uh, wow! DAN: You brought pizza?
FRANK: We ordered pizza. It'll be here in a minute. These are just empties. They're gonna come in handy.
BETTY: Handy?
CIS: You can use 'em for everything!
CIS: You can use 'em for everything!
DAN: You sure eat a lot of pizza.
FRANK: Wait 'll you see Caleb. Caleb!
CALEB, a rotund boy of about 12, arrives with an even larger stack of pizza boxes, which extend well over his head.
BETTY: Um, you really shouldn't have.
DAN: Yeah, I'm sure you still need them.
FRANK: Nah, we got plenty more at home.
CIS: Anyway, Frank says we need to "de-clutter" (giggle).
FRANK: Helen!
HELEN, a girl about the age of Caleb arrives dragging huge plastic garbage bags swollen with contents.
